About Us

A passion for colour co-ordinating and currently studying for a Diploma in Interior Design, combined with a background in Marketing and Advertising and Certificate in Photography, all contributed to Annette's direction for property staging. The idea of helping others in property presentation was developed from Annette's passion for Real Estate. This comes from buying, renovating and selling investment and residential properties over a number of years.

Analysing many properties , Annette could see many properties were sitting on the market for long periods of time. This was primarily due to the lack of property presentation, including lighting , colour and efficient use of space. It's no secret that presentation is the key to maximising sales potential of any property on the market and Annette has always realised that sometimes variations to even the simplist of areas within the home, can lead to the optimum sales price.

I, Annette Hodkinson have successfully completed the Decorating and Business Program as set by the Directors of Staging Business Solutions Pty Ltd one of which is an Interior Designer who operates her own Staging business in Sydney under the name of Living Trends Property Staging.
